Moto G200 5G launches with Snapdragon 888+ chipset and 108MP triple camera

Moto G200 5G

As it is nearing towards the end of the year, Motorola has released a new high-end 5G capable smartphone, which may be the last flagship that the firm will release this year. The G200 5G may be Motorola last Snapdragon 888+ powered smartphone for the year 2021. The device was announced today, and we have all the details of what it will bring to the global market, starting from Europe.

The G200 5G comes with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ display that has a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The display is also DCI-P3 color compliant and has HDR10 support. All in all, its display specification is something that will interest gamers, and more so because it has a powerful processor at the helm that runs the show.

There is no microSD slot, so users will have to rely completely on the internal storage, speaking of up to 256GB available configuration. The storage used is UFS 3.1, so boot up speed and data transfer speed shouldn't be any problem. 8GB is the only available RAM option, however.

The Moto G200 5G photography is handled by a triple camera setup at the back - the primary has a 108MP sensor, followed by 13MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth cameras. The main camera can record 4K videos and 960fps slow-mo video, even in the dark (we have the dual LED flash to thank for that). Selfie can be taken using the 16MP camera inside the punch hole.

The specs are premium but the design speaks a bit otherwise as the back and frame of the device are made of plastic, but that does reduce its price offering, so we are not complaining. It does not have a 3.5mm audio jack though.
