HUAWEI Nova 10, Nova 10 Pro outs with OLED screens, 60MP selfie cameras

HUAWEI has added two new smartphones to its "Nova" series in China namely, Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro. Both device have nearly the same specifications, including the same processor, RAM and storage configuration, and camera setup.

Both are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, and they have triple cameras with 4K video recording capabilities at the back. Notably, the phones have 60MP front cameras for taking selfie. The front cameras can also record 4K videos just as the ones at the rear.

The differences between the Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro are their display features and battery capacity. The former has a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, while the later has a larger 6.78-inch OLED screen with the same screen resolution and refresh rate.

Furthermore, the vanilla version packed a 4000mAh battery with supports for 66W fast charging, while the Pro is backed by a bigger 4500mAh battery with 100W fast charging supports. These runs Harmony OS 2.0 so they do not support Google Play Services.

Price starts at CN¥2699 (US$403) for the 128GB version and CN¥2999 (US$448) for the 256GB version of the Nova 10. The Pro version is priced at CN¥3699 (US$552) for the 128GB version and CN¥3999 (US$597) for the 256GB version. These will be available in Obsidian Black, Silver, Forest Green, and Violet colors when sales begin on July 8th in China.
