Infinix introduced INBook X1 Neo 14-inch notebook with plenty of connectivity

Infinix INBook X1 Neo

Infinix over the past few months have been busy adding new products to its portfolio in India and exploring other segments of the market. The firm introduced its first laptop last year, the INBook X1, and since then has been adding to its INBook notebook series, especially in the India market.

Today, the firm has made a new addition called INBook X1 Neo, which is made to be a cheaper and a more affordable option compared to its predecessor. Unlike the others before it that were powered by Intel Core i-series, it is powered by an Intel Celeron N5100 processors with Intel UHD Graphics built-in.

It still retain the 14-inch FHD (1920x1080) LCD screen with 300 nits brightness and the stylish aluminum alloy body that is quite lightweight, weighing just 1.24kg. Furthermore, the laptop maintain the slim body profile of its predecessors, measuring just 14.8mm at its thickest point.

A single model of the INBook X1 Neo will be available when release into the market, and it will have 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB NVME m.2 SSD according to the official press release. Also, Windows 11 Home will be pre-installed out-of-the-box.

In terms of connectivity, there are plenty of options available, these include 2x USB-C ports, 2x USB 3.0 ports, HDMI (1.4) port, Wi-Fi 6 (dual band), Bluetooth 5.1, SD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack, microphone jack. While it only supports Wi-Fi, HD (720p) webcam and two microphones are installed for video chatting, video calling and conferencing when paired with a router.

The INBook X1 Neo is equipped with two speakers tuned by DTS for immersive listening. Power is supplied by a 50Wh battery that can be fast-charge using the 45W Type-C charger provided in the retail package.

Sales will begin in India on July 21st on Flipkart, and interested buyers will be able to chose between Cosmic Blue and Starfall Gray colors when making order. It costs Rs 24,990 (US$316).
